Biographical Info
Tri Nguyen studies the distribution of dark matter on sub-galactic scales, using the internal kinematics of Local Group dwarf galaxies and perturbations in cold stellar streams to test dark matter models. He develops simulation-based inference and geometric deep learning methods to extract these constraints from next-generation survey data such as Rubin/LSST.
