Astronomy and Astrophysics Library

The library was founded in 1935 along with the David Dunlap Observatory. Its primary mandate is to serve the research and reference needs of faculty and graduate students of the Department of Astronomy and Astrophysics and the staff of CITA / ICAT (the Canadian Institute for Theoretical Astrophysics). The collection consists of approximately 25,000 volumes and is primarily devoted to astronomy and astrophysics material. It does include physics, mathematics and computer science materials of interest to astronomers and astrophysicists.
