Outreach
Science communication and public outreach is a priority of mine. My main goal with my outreach is to make astronomy more approachable by encouraging and promoting accessible communication. I am involved in several regular outreach events which are described briefly below.

AstroTours
This is a monthly event put on by graduate students in the Department of Astronomy and Astrophysics. There is typically a one hour talk by a student or postdoc followed by exhibits and planetarium shows.
Astronomy on Tap
This popular event is put on by the Dunlap Institute and typically happens every 3 months. It is an evening of entertaining talks with other games and plenty of roaming astronomers.
