Hi! I am a graduate student in astronomy in the David A. Dunlap Department of Astronomy and Astrophysics at the Univeristy of Toronto. I work with Professor Yanqin Wu on protoplanetary disks and planet formation. In general my research interests centre on planets, both in the Solar System and exoplanets, and how they form and evolve.
I grew up in Portland, OR and attented undergrad at the University of Califnornia, Berkeley where I graduated with a major in astronomy and physics in 2024. In addition to working on exoplanets, I also worked on condensed matter physics during that time. I moved to Toronto to pursue my PhD in the fall of 2025.
Outside of astronomy, I spend most of my time either climbing (V6-8 depending on how soft the gym is) or playing Magic: the Gathering (mainly limited, the best format).
