Blindert; 37 clusters observed, all data reduced (> 4000 redshifts); ApJS paper in prep.; reported in Torino Proceedings (astro-ph/0404314) with an estimate of false positive (< 5%, based on redshift histograms, see Fig. 1), photo-z/spectral-z comparison, and initial richness-velocity dispersion relation.
