Lost Amongst the Stars?! - A workshop on teaching practices in Astronomy
Waterloo Region District School Board Education Centre, Kitchener, Ontario

Come and join us as we discuss current trends in Astronomy as well as how they can be applied to lessons in the classroom.
Workshop leaders will present demonstrations usable in the class. A Question & Answer session will follow.

4 pm –    Hot Topics and Cool Ideas in Astronomy Today
5 pm –     Tricks of the Trade Workshop: How to present Astronomical concepts to students. (Grade 6 and Grade 9 workshops running simultaneously)
